About

Born in 1993, I built my first website when I was 8 years old, began my journey with coding at 12 years old, and started doing freelance work at 18. Having worked with websites pretty much all my life, I’ve acquired a very broad skillset that spans across the entire product lifecycle: a strong understanding of user experience and product, an eye for the small details, and the ability to turn ideas into scalable & performant software through clean code.

Since 2012, I have collaborated on projects for a wide range of worldwide clients, from small design agencies to multi-million dollar companies like LinkedIn and KonMari media. Projects I've worked on have been featured in places like TechCrunch, NBC News, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, and Time Inc, to name a few.

As a team player with a strong work ethic, I have played a fundamental role in taking ideas into real life digital experiences for early stage startups and innovative companies like Looking Glass Factory and Graphite Health.

I’ve worked with Mariano for 6 years and he has always come through with incredible skill for us with our most challenging projects. He was instrumental in several major updates to our website. If you get a chance to work with Mariano, take it!

My technical capabilities as a front-end engineer include React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, and TailwindCSS.

Besides continuously honing my skills and staying up to date with cutting edge technology, I believe that friendly and transparent communication along with tight feedback loops are the key to work relationships that empower team members to produce meaningful work.

Outside of work

I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu pretty much every day except for Sundays, and currently hold a Blue belt. I'm a complete nerd about it and have probably watched thousands of hours of BJJ instructionals. I also enjoy teaching class for small, beginner groups and aim to become the best possible coach I can be.
